For the third consecutive year, several Community Informatics Initiative (CII), Graduate School of Library and Information Science (GSLIS) and East St. Louis Action Research Project (ESLARP) research projects will converge this summer when three GSLIS students and five One Laptop Per Child (OLPC) interns travel to São Tomé, West Africa with Professor Martin Wolske and CII Director of Community Networking Paul Adams to do work related to technology access and information literacy on the island nation.  For additional information, including regular news postings, visit our new site at: http://saotomeproject.prairienet.org/
