Visited STP on behalf of African Scientific Institute (www.asi-org.net)two years ago (see my website)& concluded that a US Univ. would be a perfect partner for many aspects of development in STP. Tried to interest several institutions here in the east to look at STP but they were too preoccupied. Coming from the "windswept tundra" of C-U I'm sure you guys enjoyed the warmth of STP.
